Moist Brownies

We were having a severe snowstorm named "Q" passing by the whole day. I was totally bored and then I thought why not I surprise my hubby today with his favorite brownies. We used to have them a lot during our stay in India, where brownies were served in sizzlers and hot sauce. It was very delicious. So Today I gave it a try and to my shock it was all done in an hour. Trust me, it was ridiculously easy. I used 2 organic eggs and some real good amount of flour and cocoa powder. I understood the trick in making brownie that it shouldn't be either overcooked as well as undercooked, exactly bake them for 25-35 minutes.

  2. Hi Sowmya,

First time on your space...Brownies look very moist yet chewy...I use a one pot method where I mix them all in, at one go! Lovely clicks.,
