Punugulu ( Fermented Idly batter fritters)

Ever tried Street food in South India.. Especially in Andhra pradesh ? They serve amazing fritters with different vegetables. One of them is 'punugulu'. I wonder why people are against  deep fried food items. Come on guys , You go out and have foods like  pizza (God knows when it is cooked ) topped with loads of cheese, Frozen foods (Has so much sodium content ) , Burger (Patties are deep fried in oil) and served with deep fried fries ( Oil is being reused too, who knows) . For once , Try making a recipe using fresh oil and make it at home. That is more healthy than above mentioned foods. So Dont say this is a deep fried unhealthy food.. Because its homemade and its not processed. Exercise well and eat everything you want . Dont think if you eat more , You will put on weight. Coming to my photography , It takes lot of time and hardwork in taking each and every pic on my blog , If you dont like it , I dont care about that but dont please  give comments like" did you copy this pic from google or what..?" ; that really hurts guys... Its my hardwork and time . Just give it a thought before you leave any comments like that. Thankyou !!
